Dan McReynolds

Dan McReynolds,
Managing Partner

Dan is an entrepreneur, strategist and technology enthusiast with a proven track record of building and leading rapid-growth in customer-centric businesses across the globe.

He began his career in managerial and financial consulting then transitioned to private equity. Dan started his first technology-focused company in the early 90s, and his passion for building and improving companies has grown every year since. He has participated in the merger, acquisition, and evolution of businesses in roles ranging from CEO of public and private companies to investor in startups that serve Fortune 100 success stories.

His vision for GreenEcho is to ensure its clients have the highest degree of confidence that their customers’ best interests are designed into the DNA of every solution, in a way that sets them apart from the competition and sustains their enthusiasm for innovation. He is responsible for overseeing GreenEcho’s direction and maintaining its high-performance operations. He also serves as General Counsel. He holds a BBA and JD from Baylor University where he also serves as adjunct professor of corporate and partnership tax at the law school.

Blake Poutra

Blake Poutra,
Principal – Cloud Architecture

Blake is an exceptional technical architect responsible for developing cloud computing strategies. This includes cloud adoption plans, cloud application design, and systems management. From implementation to integration to business intelligence, Blake delivers best in class cloud solutions for GreenEcho’s clients.

Blake has spent over a decade developing software for businesses of all sizes from startups to complex enterprises. After receiving his degree from Texas A&M University, Blake entered the entrepreneurial world learning every facet of IT execution. When he’s not managing cloud implementation projects, he enjoys playing with his two young sons, Madding and Murphy.

Steve Truitt

Steve Truitt,
Advisory Board Member

Steve began his career with Booz | Allen | Hamilton as an IT consultant. He served as Chief Operating Officer of MicroTech, a leading contractor for the Federal Government for nearly eight years. During this tenure, he helped build MicroTech into an award winning and fast growing government systems integrator with a focus on technology integration and cloud-based solutions. The company grew to over 400 employees and compound annual revenue growth of over 4000%.

Steve served as president of Origin Technology in Business (OTIB), the North American operating arm of Origin B.V., a $2 billion European-based IT consultancy (now ATOS-Origin). OTIB was a full-service provider of IT consulting and outsourcing services comprised of eleven offices and over 1700 professionals in the US, Canada, and Mexico. Steve was a partner in the successful boutique turn-around Firm Corporate Revitalization Partners (later purchased by Deloitte), a national turn-around company with a focus on operational and financial restructuring of debtor companies. He led the firm’s technology practice, usually charged with restructuring IT departments of clients to provide better decision making data at a lower cost. Steve was a co-founder of e2i, an international systems integration and Internet services consultancy featuring core competencies of strategy services, technical architecture, creative services and system integration centered on e-business. As a managing director for BSG/Alliance IT, Steve managed an organization of over 200 consultants and grew revenues and profit contribution in the Dallas region by more than 60%. He also served as systems development director for TelAction, a first-of-its-kind interactive home shopping system developed by J.C. Penney.

Steve received a B.A. in Economics from Wake Forest in 1981 where he also started at center on the football team. He earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1989. Steve lives in the mountains of Southwest Virginia and has two grown children.
